Describe the bug

When updating to 9.2.0 from 9.1.6 most framed blocks render backwards or upside down or not at all

after update.

How to reproduce the bug

Update the mod from 9.1.6 to 9.2.0

Expected behavior

Framed blocks to remain the same.

my apologies, somehow i managed to only update the mod on the client and not the server....
