when do you update so that working with forge version 1.20.2

FramedBlocks is only available for NeoForge starting in 1.20.2. As 1.20.2 was a transition version, there is no releasable version of FramedBlocks. The first version after 1.20.1 for which FramedBlocks exists is 1.21 and that is not going to change.
