Minecraft version

FramedBlocks version
FramedBlocks-9.3.1
Describe the bug
Lighting up framed blocks with glowstone dust doesn't prevent mob spawning and lighting behavior becomes inconsistent after de-loading area/relogging.
How to reproduce the bug
Set up glowing framed blocks assigned a solid block (polished andesite in this case), and leave the area to deload and relog while away.
Expected behavior
Framed blocks that are lit with glowstone dust should prevent mob spawning and should remain lit.

If you're using Starlight, please try removing it and let me know whether it resolves the issue. Due to significant changes in the vanilla light engine, Starlight provides little benefit in 1.20.1 and later and it breaks highly dynamic light sources due to unfortunate circumstances which are only partially to blame in Starlight.
If you're not using Starlight or removing it doesn't fix it, then please provide a full mod list.
Due to the lack of response, I'm going to assume that removing Starlight fixed this issue. If it did not, then please provide more details and I will reopen the issue if necessary.
Apologies, I thought I had responded initially. Nixing Starlight did the trick!
