Describe the feature

Whenever framed blocks is installed on a server, not singleplayer, steam engines do not work with this mod and the create mod.

Cannot reproduce, the steam engines work just fine on a dedicated server when FramedBlocks is installed together with Create 6.0.2 (see screenshot).
Considering you have provided neither detailed instructions for reproducing the issue nor the versions of MC, (Neo)Forge, FramedBlocks and Create, there is nothing further I can do. If you provide this information, then I will reopen this issue if needed.
