Describe the feature

Whenever i build, i like to randomize the building blocks i use, so the finished build looks better and more naturally.
Usually i use mods for this use-case. For example the randomizer bags of "Effortless Building". In this case the bag places the blocks not in the FramedBlock, but on top of it.

So my feature request:
A way to place random blocks from the inventory as camo into the FramedBlock

I have plans for a camo applicator tool and this could fit into that as an additional mode. It would however very likely not consume items from the player's inventory, it would have its own internal inventory that stores the blocks to use.
