In my world, I've found an Iceologer's cabin and am using that as a temporary base but sometimes when I go out on expeditions, I come back to my house to see that there's an Iceologer which I usually have to kill. This has happened at least 2 times and is quite annoying. I checked the wiki and it said that Iceologers aren't supposed to respawn after their initial spawn.

Hello, i think in this case wiki is outdated, they respawn same as the witches.
