Config not working on 1.20.1?

I tried changing the Beekeeper structure weight because it spawned too frequently in my world:
"enableBeekeeperVillagerProfession": false,
"generateBeekeeperAreaStructure": false,
"beekeeperAreaStructureWeight": 1
None of the options above seem to have any effect in any world I create.
