From the Caves introduces a single stalking entity that haunts your underground explorations. It is governed by a four-phase system that unlocks new events and challenges as you delve deeper. It can interact with objects in your world, altering blocks, triggering buttons and levers, building and more. The first time you encounter it, it won’t stay confined to the caves—it starts climbing out, as though you’ve awakened something you never meant to disturb.

It’s unique in many ways, setting it apart from the typical horror mod cave dweller.

Phase 1: Triggered when player uses Cross Compass in the cross found in Amos mines. At the moment, there are more than 15 events:
