Description of the Bug
When adding more mod support / testing my resource pack I frequently have to use the "F3 + T" to reload the resources, I've noticed for a while now that each time I do so, it gets progressively longer to load. I finally decided to time it, here are the results for pressing "F3 + T" on a fresh client:

1. 17 seconds
2. 26 seconds
3. 35 seconds
4. 45 seconds
5. 54 seconds

So it appears it takes an additional 9 to 10 seconds to load each time. I think it happens on other minecraft versions / modloader if I remember correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create NeoForge 1.21.1 Modpack
2. Install Latest version of Fusion
3. Install My resource packs GEO / GEO Fusion (Make sure the fusion RP is at the top)
4. Load a flat world
5. Press "F3 +T" and time the results
6. Repeat step 5 as many times as you like

I can't reproduce the issue. The first time I reload resources with F3+T it takes about 10 seconds and after reloading resources 20 ish times, it still takes about 10 seconds.

Sorry for wasting your time, I completely forgot to test it without other mods installed. It seems to be an issue with global packs mod not yours.

Actually, it wasn't global packs either 🤦 but I tied without your mod so it's 100% not fusion, sorry again.
