[FWP] MTS/IV American Signs and Traffic Signals Pack

Addon pack for MTS/IV which aims to add many realistic signs and traffic signals directly based on the United States' MUTCD. So far, very early work in progress. Current version only has a signal post, along with a vertical and horizontal traffic signal.

NOTE: GRAY TEXT IS AN MTS BUG THAT SHOULD BE FIXED IN THE COMING MONTHS; THIS IS OUT OF MY CONTROL

This update included custom font for all editable text signs, so the resource pack is no longer needed. Beyond that, left and right turn signals with 3, 4, and 5 bulbs have been added for both vertical and horizontal signals. There are also doghouse signals. A few signs have been added, such as a missing auxiliary plaque for US and state highways (white, right arrow) and EXIT Advisory Speed signs in addition to the existing RAMP versions. The fictional CH/M (Chunks per minute) speed unit on Advisory Speed signs has also been replaced with the proper MPH (miles per hour).

Diagonals should also now be working.
