Go To pop up scroll bar can disappear while being dragged

When dragging the Go To pop up scroll bar the scroll bar can disappear when the cursor is not over the pop up

Mod Loader: Fabric
Minecraft Version: 1.21.1
Mod Version: 0.6.5

Fixed in 0.6.6. Note that the scroll bar is intended to dissapear when the menu isn't hovered, but dissapearing while dragging is now fixed.
