It would be great if searching could find configs in child menus, like if you're in Root > General and there's a config that matches the search in Root > General > Misc then the section (misc) with the matching config wouldn't get filtered out. Additionally, when opening a section with a matching config the search bar could keep its info and filter the new section to show the new matches allowing users to quickly find configs that are buried deep in the menus. Had a few people ask for this and it would be nice, but I understand if you're not able to do it

Fairly pleased with the results so far. Shift-click on the Section button carries over the search. May make it so shift-click doesn't carry over the result. Or configurable. Not sure yet.

Feature implemented in 0.6.8. Default behavior is Alt + Click to pass searches to children (including object popups). This is configurable in the search bar menu.
