[Oxygen Gear on Spawn Should Only Apply to First Spawn in New World]

What feature or addition are you suggesting?

[The "Allows Players to Spawn With Oxygen Items Equipped" menu in the config seems to reload on every world reload if it's set to true. Meaning you could have the best oxygen stuff your modpack gives, but once you reload the world, your Galacticraft inventory would be reset to be whatever was set in the config. Please change this so that it only appiles to the first load into a new world.]

[Would make it so that people can upgrade their oxygen stuff without having to take it off before leaving the world.]
