Single play rotation anim bone reset backspin

When a single play rotation animation is finished, even when the bone is back in the same position, it has to spin back to 0 degrees, which prevents the creation of seamless single play rotation animations that don't have backspin as part of it. Setting the bone reset time to 0 doesn't completely work, it still appears jittery. Attached an example video
