[Forge 1.17] java.lang.module.ResolutionException on development environment.

When developing using geckolib and java 16 you get java.lang.module.ResolutionException.
Modules geckolib3 and org.apache.commons.lang3 export package org.apache.commons.lang3 to module modid

I used 3.0.2, fixed the issue
