Getting Cannot Find Error when building project

In the "ModEntitySpawn.java" class the package "net.fabricmc.fabric.mixin.object.builder.SpawnRestrictionAccessor" is causing a cannot find symbol error. I looked at the Fabric API and didn't see this package there anymore.
