Would it be possible to make the loot tables more configurable? I would like to change how common vampire blood is. However, the only way to do that is through the source code.

The loot tables that add vampire blood to chests are in haema:injected/chests/dungeon_blood and haema:injected/chests/temple_blood, you can change those to change how common vampire blood is.
