Blood being filled more than halfway breaks sounds in base game and with other mods

This can be replicated by converting to a vampire, filling up the blood somehow and then trying to trigger something from another mod.
For example, the lightsaber sounds from Parzi's Lightsaber fail to play when all the criteria I mentioned are met. I've tested this without Haema and the sounds played as normal. This also happens with the source stone from Adventurez and many other mods that I have installed.
Does this build work? (jar is inside the zip, github won't let me upload jars directly)

I’ll try it out and let you know. Thanks for trying to fix it, I
appreciate it.
The sound isn't coming through still.
