Besmirchment 2 adds werepyres, which are a combination of vampires and werewolves, as of now Haema changes Bewitchment vampires, but not Besmirchment werepyres which kind of breaks immersion. Due to Besmirchment being included in some popular Fabric modpacks like AOF6 and AQM2 I believe this is worth doing. I don't know if this will be difficult or no, so I apologize if this is an unreasonable request.
