Taking damage at 0 blood and 0 health kills you, but leaves no death message and clears your inventory

Weird, sorry about that. The items may have dropped but been accelerated very far due to being in blocks - the rest of it is definitely a bug, though.
Related to my issue, which is related to #106 , this will also happen sometimes for me, but with a graves mod, the grave appears with their items, at least. Difference with me is they either cannot respawn, or don't "die" (I.e. they don't get a respawn screen, and just get their health back.)
