Vampire dashes are extremely laggy and overload servers

When spamming level 3 vampire dashes, the server gets overloaded over time. The vampire dashes end up happening 1-10 seconds after pressing the hotkey. I got timed out of a server I was hosting by spamming vampire dashes.
