The Blue Rinse says in its description that it causes all radioactive material to break down via alpha decay, all this means in-game is that it doesn't leave behind any fallout, but I think it would be interesting if The Blue Rinse could be used as a "decontamination bomb". I believe that any sellafite, sellaline, contaminated dirt/sand/gravel, RBMK debris, fallout, uranium ore, thorium ore, plutonium ore, schrabidium ore, blocks of radioactive material, liquid corium, solid corium, corebblestone, glowing mushrooms/mycelium, trinitite, uranium sand, polonium sand... Basically every radioactive block into non-radioactive blocks, like sellafite to stone, radioactive ore to porous stone, RBMK debris to electrical scrap, etc...
Having the ability to use the bomb as a way to clean up radioactive contamination thoroughly would give it a use beyond being a mostly non-destructive weapon. It would also be cool if radioactive contamination could decay over time, so for example, if an RBMK melts down, over a period of dozens of hours the corium turns into asbestos-rich sand, the radioactive RBMK debris cool down and become scrap metal, and any sellafite and contaminated dirt just becomes normal stone and dirt again, with perhaps a setting in the config file to control how long it takes for radioactive contaminants to decay so you can increase it for more realism or decrease it to make the game easier.
