Crashing when loading a chunk.

Trying to make a mod pack for myself with HBM and Gregtech is going pretty well but I am running into a wall with this crash. Found that I can remove HBM and the crash goes away. It only happens when I load a chuck that is loading something else that is crashing the game. I would love any help you can provide me. Thank you.
