Crash with dimension related mods on the newest version(1.8.4/1.8.4a)

Minecraft: 1.12.2
Forge: 14.23.5.2860

Mods:
hbm-A-1.12.2-1.8.4.jar
extrautils2-1.12-1.9.9.jar

Crash happens when i'm trying to create or join the world. Crash 1 - with only HBM and XU2, Crash 2 - with censoredasm and mixinbooter in addition(But this combination sometimes causes error from crash 1 or crash 3), Crash 3 - mainly happens on my main modpack. Downgrading to hbm-A-1.12.2-1.8.3b.jar resolves the problem.

Tried hbm-A-1.12.2-1.8.4a.jar. Same issue

Same story with Aroma1997s Dimensional World. Seems that new config don't work well with some dimensions by default - quarry dim in XU2 and Aroma1997s Dimensional World
