How about making mobs die in a different way when attacked with bg3 energy mod instead of the potion effect?

Despite being an ultimate weapon, the B93 Energy Mod cannot kill mobs that are not subject to potion effects like Wither.
So what if we could make hitting a mob with B93 Energy Mod cause it to die after a few seconds without any potion effect?
