I am playing on a 16 gig server with 6vcores of AMD Ryzen 9 7900,
however, there is still this MASSIVE worldgen lag (similar to #424 ) which makes the tps go down all the way to 3-5tps.
Please fix this as fast as possible.

for now, use chunk pregenerator to solve the problem. in 99% cases it causes lag only when loading previously ungenerated chunks

Is it by chance known what might be causing the issue in the mod in particular? I don't mind switching off some features in the configs for now, until it's resolved. Even with this workaround, once stepping out of the pre-generated region the lag comes back and as spacey mentioned it really is something else.
