THIS IS A FABRIC MOD!

"From deep beneath the Earth, where a nightmarish remnant lies dormant, life can be found and be built from."

Heart to Life makes the Warden useful in a unique way. By killing or dealing a certain amount of damage to it, one will obtain this creature's heart.

Warden heart:

This item can be obtained by either killing a Warden or by draining it's health to at least 10% of it's maximum and then, wait for it to despawn.

Soul cluster:

Crafted using 4 Warden hearts, this block can be used as either a better scaffolding or to build a remnant.

When sneaking, a player can phase through the block and emerge from it. Once the player stops crouching, they will emerge from the block.

Zombified remnant:

With a soul cluster and soul sand, soul soil or sculk, one can make a zombified remnant, by building a structure similar to the one of a snow golem.

Depending on the block used, the spawned remnant will have different abilites.

  • Soul sand or soul soil

These remnants deal slowness 2 for 5 seconds and weakness 1 for 2.

Are resistent to fire and can walk on lava.

You can regenerate their health with soul sand or soul soil.

  • Sculk:

Sculk remnants are capable of spreading!

When they kill an undead, the undead will temporarily turn into one of these remnants and die after a while, spreading sculk in the process. When they die, they spread sculk.

You can regenerate their health with sculk.

  • Ghosts:

When a remnant dies, it will turn into a ghost. These ghosts follow you around and look for an undead to possess. Upon finding one, they will possess it and turn into it's respective type, if they don't find one quick enough, they will disappear.

Be aware that after a certain amount of deaths, remnants will turn into husks instead of ghosts!

Note: Remnants are scared of Wardens and will run away if near one, although Wardens ignore them.

Don't ask for a forge version, it will most likely not happen.
