Hoe of Echo

The Hoe of Echo is a hoe* created from echo shards, which can be used to terraform terrain. It consumes experience to rapidly mine blocks, although the drop is lost.

*It doesn't actually function as one.

The crafting recipe is the same as common hoe, but with echo shards.
