Mod Reviews/Spotlights
What are Relics?
- Relics are unenchantable items that are based on the characters of various members in Hololive
- They can be weapons, entities, items, armor, etc. and are not always reusable items
- They typically would relate to the character's abilities, such as what might be seen in something like Hololive Alternative, but not all follow this pattern
- Relics are found in various natural structures that are somewhat rare and these structures can spawn in all three dimensions
- Some relics need special items to be activated and some will have other requirements, such as xp
- Not all relics are guaranteed to be found in their structures. Some must be pieced together while others have a chance of spawning in their structures along with other chest loot
Music Disc Companion Mod
There is a companion mod for Hololive Relics that adds music discs of Hololive original songs. You can download it by visiting the link below or checking the "Related Projects" section under any version past 3.1.0.
Included Relics:
Roboco
- Post-Enderdragon armor piece
- Roboco is strapped onto your back as you carry her around the world
- Roboco relies on power to function and can recharge under direct sunlight
- She has many ways to assist you during your travels:
Highlighting mobs that attack you from a distance
Warning you of high health mobs
Locating Minecarts
Highlighting all mobs in a certain radius
Giving you an energy shield that protects you at low health
Highlighting certain relic structures if they are nearby
- Roboco can locate the following Hololive Members' structures:
Ayame
Shion
Haachama
Haato
Polka
Ollie
Hoshimachi Suisei's Comet Metal Axe
- Deals more damage as you attack mobs, increases from +4 attack damage to +22
- Gives user up to speed 3 with higher levels of damage
- Drains extra hunger while being used
- If not in hand for 15 seconds, streak will reset
- Asacoco Rush: damage levels increase 50% faster

- After 3 seconds, drain 1/5 of each affected targets' health (up to 3 hearts)
- 20 second cooldown
- Asacoco Rush: cooldown becomes 10 seconds
Haachama (Complete Form)
Deals damage based upon the max health of the enemy- Recovers some of the damage dealt (lifesteal)
- Every 15 hits, her special move recharges. If an enemy is above 75% health and her skill is ready, she'll begin to levitate them into the air then explode them after a few seconds.

Murasaki Shion's Step Spell
- Allows the user to jump midair

- Asacoco Rush: increases jump distance and height
Nakiri Ayame's Katana
- Quadruples the user's current horizontal velocity upon use
- Adds some y velocity based upon the player's head pitch (how far up/down the player is looking)
- 2.25 second cooldown
- Asacoco Rush: increases the velocity multiplier to 5 times and increases max y velocity a little
Usada Rocket Launcher
- High damage and powerful knockback if the entity is hit directly
- Needs special rockets to fire, firing takes durability that unbreaking can't prevent
- Asacoco Rush: faster and stronger rockets
Uruha Rushia's Butterflies
- Blue and Pink butterflies
- Both turn into a zombie minion that will attack anything that you attack... including each other if you're not careful
- After a minute, (if the minions haven't died), blue butterflies will fade while pink butterflies will turn back into butterflies
- Shift+Right click the item to set the butterflies free
- Non-reusable item
- Asacoco Rush: mobs spawn 1 second faster
Shiranui Flare's Elven Fireball
- Short ranged projectile, can set entities on fire
- Places a light source block upon landing, has max luminance and drops orange particles
- Light source has no bounding box, but can be replaced like air
- Asacoco Rush: fireballs are thrown further
Shirogane Noel's Shield
- Gives 2 armor points when in the off hand
- Can gain an additional 1 per vanilla boss defeated (wither & ender dragon)
- Right click ability: all tamed mobs nearby gain 7 seconds of passive invincibility (they still take knockback, but damage is set to 0)
- Asacoco Rush: Ability cooldown is decreased by 10 seconds
Amane Kanata's Halo
- Slows the wearer's falling speed and negates fall damage
- Takes up helmet slot and only gives 2 armor points
- Asacoco Rush: decreases fall speed further
Tokoyami Towa's Pitchfork
- Fires a large projectile and has 13 durability (it has 14 durability but won't fire if it gets down to the last one so that it can't break)
- Sets hit enemies on fire for 13 seconds
- Ignites blocks the projectile lands on
- Slowly regenerates durability in the nether if the player is holding it
- Asacoco Rush: recover durability in any dimension
Himemori Luna's Candy Crown
- Grants the wearer occasional 35% bonus on eaten foods (25% chance, amount is rounded up. 50% chance on sweet foods)
- Asacoco Rush: hunger bonus is guranteed
Kiryu Coco's Plugin Type Asacoco
- Enables "Asacoco Rush" keybind (R by default)
- When pressed, gain the Asacoco Rush potion effect for 20 seconds
- During Asacoco Rush, almost all Relics gain some sort of benefit (Ayame's katana launches further, Haachama's head has a shorter cooldown, Kanata's halo slows descent further, etc)
- 2 minute cooldown after use
Yukihana Lamy's Sake Bottle
- Gives the drinker 4 hearts of absorption, nasua, and slowness
- Becomes an empty bottle after being drinken and is able to be shattered against blocks to turn into a shattered bottle and act as a weapon.
- Asacoco Rush: 2 extra absorption hearts
Shishiro Botan's Night Vision Goggles
- Grants wearer permanent night vision and green screen tint
- Highlights mobs near where player is looking
Omaru Polka's Circus Ball
- Thrown projectile that has an area effect upon landing
- Enemies in the area are randomly effected with one of the following debuffs: slowness, weakness, poison, wither, glowing, fire
- Debuffs come in set random levels and durations
- Asacoco Rush: throw the projectiles further and have a 33% chance to not consume a call when throwing
Kureiji Ollie
- Red butterfly
- Summons Ollie when used
- Can be right clicked to switch between attack and idle mode (ollie pulls out her sword when in attack mode)
- Ollie will passively regenerate health every few seconds when in idle mode, but will also wander around (she'd too energetic to stand still)
"Kris"
- The name of Anya's dagger form
- Has low durability but extremely fast attack speed (If one of the three hits are a crit, it can three shot a creeper before it explodes)
- Enemies hit will lose all of their horizontal velocity, meaning this weapon does no knockback but is very good at taking out fast targets
- When the dagger "breaks" or is thrown out of the inventory, it will turn into entity form and Anya will appear
- Anya will sleep for three minutes before awaking and being ready to be collected back into a full durability dagger
- Since it turns into Anya when it breaks, the only way to lose this item is if Anya dies
- Asacoco Rush: durability is not lost on hits
Mori Calliope’s Scythe
- Ability can be used every 15 kills
- Grants the user 10 seconds of invincibility and invisibility along with speed and jump boost
- Armor is temporarily removed during process but is restored after
- Scythe becomes partially transparent during process
- Asacoco Rush: increases phase duration
Takanashi Kiara's Phoenix Sword
- Upon use, waits 3 seconds then ignites all entities in a small radius
- Radius and burn time depends on how much health the player has lost
- If under half health, an explosion will occur on ignited mobs, dealing massive damage
- If used while elytra flying, it will increase the player's horizontal velocity and launch the player upward slightly
- This elytra ability increases in cooldown time, durability cost, and decreases strength each time it is used, but will reset when the player lands
- Asacoco Rush: increases minimum and maximum radius of fire ring
Ninomae Ina'nis's AO-Chan
- When in off hand, energy is consumed to increase pickup range, slow nearby enemies that are targeting the player, and with them if they get too close.
- Right click to refill energy by sacrificing health.
IRyS's Gem of Hope
- Totem of Undying alternative
- When a player takes 3 (1 & 1/2 hearts) or more damage, the gem activates, reducing the damage taken to 0 and temporarily reducing the player's max health by half of the original damage
- The player will passively return to max health over time, indicated by the timer on the debuff "drained"
- Asacoco Rush: max health is only reduced by 1/3, rather than 1/2
Sana's Stellar Signal
- Select between summoning a small meteorite, comet, or large meteorite by left clicking.
- Throw the projectile and the selected object will be called down at the landing site.
- Small and large meteorites cause explosions upon impact while comets give slowness to all targets within a large area upon impact.
Fauna's Enchanted Sapling / Tree of Life
- Use bonemeal to grow sapling.
- Core of the tree causes nearby crops to occasionally grow faster.
Kronii's Time Daggers
- Lasts 10 seconds, completely freezes all mobs in the area during this time.
- Mobs are invulnerable while frozen (except iff attacked in creative mode).
Mumei
- Spanwed by her feather.
- Mumei will give nearby Iron Golems strength and speed while also summoning bag friends what will attach themselves to Zombies, Witches, and Basic Pillagers to blind them and deal damage until they die.
