Huge Structure Blocks

Huge structure blocks increases the maximum structure block size to 512 and corner search radius to 256. Render of the bounding box is also increased to 256 blocks.

The Minecraft bug MC-148809 (https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-148809) is also fixed. (this has been fixed as of 1.17 in vanilla)
