Hypersonics have a small chance of throwing the following error/warning:

[00:05:57] [Client thread/WARN]: Received passengers for unknown entity

Used ICBM Version: ICBM-classic-1.12.2-4.0.0b70.jar

Ontop of this igniting them near eachother has also resulted in this error a couple of times:
