version 1.3.5 for 1.18.2, another user had this issue, not sure how it could effect that, but without immersive portals that part of better f3 does work again

What do you mean by "light level display"?

I think the lightlevel display is this (green block):

I think that qouteall/ImmersivePortalsModForForge#285 is also caused by this problem.
