Teleporting a portal "Un Syncs" or "Un Links" the portals.

According to your testing, does the issue occur with ONLY Immersive Portals mod and Farbic API?

Describe the issue

If you teleport a portal to move it, rather than using the command sticks or /portal move_portal portals become "Un synced" with the other portal's location and will instead just link to the location the portal was before it was teleported. both portals can then be moved using command sticks but neither of their locations will update unless both portals are placed back to where they were prior to one being teleported. and using the "completely remove the portal" command stick will only remove the 2 clustered portals you are facing, not the other pair that they link to. and if a new portal is placed where the old removed one is, then you use the "completely remove the portal" command stick on the portal that had been teleported, it will remove the new portal at the teleported one's destination as well. essentially making it as though the portal had the "delete the portal entity" command stick used on both faces of it. also sorry if it's hard to understand what i'm talking about or if it's not worded well, i'm not the best at that even though english is my first language.

It's recommended to enable bind cluster and use /portal set_portal_position to move the portal. Using /tp command will move the individual portal entity.

I am going to add /portal set_portal_position_to <entity> so that it can accept the position of another entity, then it will be able to do all things that tp command can do

I forgot that /portal set_portal_position_to already exists. You should use this command instead of /tp
