According to your testing, does the issue occur with ONLY Immersive Portals mod and Fabric API?

Describe the issue

Extended clouds crash the game when creating a world but it saves the world first I had a mod pack with it. If you want Immersive Portals with a mod pack you're using and it keeps on crashing make sure Extended Clouds is not in the mod pack.
