everything but the portal turn black

Fabric or Forge? Are you using any shaderpack? Does this issue occur with only Immersive Portals mod in a fresh new world without any resourcepack?

Also having this issue except everything turns red. Using Rubidium and Oculus.

Forge Version. Tried Complimentary, Seus and Sildur's shader packs.
