Describe the issue

I don't know if this is a compatibility issue, but i have marked it not as such for now. Any entity besides the player seems to keep momentum relative to the world instead of itself. Arrows rapidly teleport between 2 portals if the entrance and exit face away from each other because it just keeps going back into the portal. Only started happening about 30 minutes ago, and can't for the life of me figure out how to solve it.
