Describe the issue

Tried using the mod with the quilt mod loader and QSL/QFAPI and it crashed with an exception

java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not execute entrypoint stage 'main' due to errors, provided by 'immersive_portals'!
...
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: The 'minecraft:custom_portal_generation' dynamic registry cannot have 'minecraft' as its identifier's namespace!

Works fine with fabric and FAPI.

I don't know if this should be a quilt issue or an Immersive Portals issue. (Or if there's just something weird about my setup)

(log filename is txt because I tried copy-pasting it directly into the GitHub issue, ran into a character limit, then had to paste it into a new file because I already deleted the instance.)
