Wrong direction when entering the nether portal

Sometimes when you enter the nether portal, you come out on the wrong side.
Tested with only Fabric API and ImmersivePortals Mod
Minecraft version: 1.20.4
Fabric version: 0.16.10
Fabric API: 0.97.2
Immersiv Portal version: 5.1.10
