Cannot be lit with fire charge and natural file which make it hard to create nether portal for skyland players

Do what the vanilla nether portal does and instead of listening for flint and steel, activate if any fire ever reaches the inside of the portal.

That way dispensers can light portals, maybe explosions that create fire, fire charge, etc.
