As of Immersive Portals 0.31 for Minecraft 1.15.2, most multiblock interactions do not work through portals. This includes spawning Withers, Snow Golems, and Iron Golems via their corresponding multiblock structures, as well as using hoppers to push/pull items cross-dimensionally.
