Add a way to change a space ratio and layer of blocks between dimensions in dimension stack menu

For example you can add space ratio to modded dimension. Or make it so layer between some modded dimensions is a block from this mods, but the layer between the nether and the overworld is still obsidian or maybe also some modded block.
