I installed a fabric Minecraft server with the fabric installer and selected fabric 1.16.4 with the latest version however when i try to run the server with Immersive Portals installed it just crashes with the error

Could not find required mod: immersive_portals requires {fabric @ [*]}
Creating Empty clause ?

I have no other mods installed.

I just installed fabric api 0.27 and it seem to be working. 0.28 doesn't seem to work.
