I was building a 4D house that's bigger on the inside, and I put the large inside section of the house a little far away, and hid it inside a global outer wrapping zone. The door to enter the house, which was outside the wrapping zone and right in front of a portal leading into the zone, worked fine from both ends. But when both sides of the portal were inside the wrapping zone, I couldn't open the door through the portal. I couldn't figure why this was at first, and when I eventually tried it outside the zone and saw it worked, there were a bunch of doors right outside the wrapping zone that I didn't put there, and when I destroyed them, the top and bottom halves were destroyed individually, not together like normal.

I think I might be having this problem too. It seems that when you place a door on a portal, its hitbox completely wraps the door and stops you from opening the door.
