By making a mirror out of glass panes, and quickly breaking these glass panes to replace them with glass blocks or another sufficiently compatible block, the pane sized mirror can be preserved inside of the blocks in question.

Lol, honestly this looks better (more vanilla) than a normal IP mirror.

I would say it looks more realistic like mirrors do IRL. I would not say by any stretch that it looks better.
