So I have this mod on a server, the server does not crash, it seems to be client side.
I was able to re-create the crash by opening a creative world and using "/weather thunder" it crashed within seconds.
it will send me to a crash screen where it says "The game crashed whilst ticking entity
Error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: too big
Exit Code: -1"

My apologies I didn't see that you had a newer version out that addresses the issue. v0.16-1.17 completely fixes the issue.
