[Minor_Issue] Collision Helper Prevents Movement While Crouching In Vertical Portals

Issue:

While standing halfway in any vertical connecting portal on a flat surface. It is impossible to move in X or Z while crouching.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a world with IP installed

  2. Create and light any portal laying flat on the ground:
    2021-12-19_16 33 05

  3. Travel through and around the portal to this side:
    2021-12-19_16 22 53

  4. Try to move on the flat surface while crouching.

Other:

This bug is also present at the interface point of global dim stack portals.
I believe this bug is also present in older versions of IP for 1.17 as well.
