I already posted this on the issue in the other repository, but I thought it was worth putting here too.

I found the issue, it’s this line. Looks to me like a debug logger, and should be able to be removed without any problems.

does this issue happen without effective mod?

and unfortunately thats the only info i have, im suspecting its on the part of immersive portals and is a function that is supposed to log on rare occasion being accidentally triggered buy effective nearly every game tick

No, ive tested both isolated and it does not occur

And it usually takes a few seconds to minutes before occuring
