Require the mod on Curseforge to require TenshiLib

Improved Mobs v1.3.2

This will allow the Twitch Launcher to auto-download TenshiLib, which I didn't notice was now required when updating this mod, and Twitch doesn't download it automatically unless it's marked as required on Curseforge. Thanks!
