It would seem most of the monsters choose the same outfit in my equipment config. Latest version, last revision on forge for 1.12.2. Void crystal outfit on ever mob wearing one. Also those damn goggles. No other outfit worn.

caused by having like wrong item names in equipment.json which breaks the whole thing. check your logs. they should tell you
