Description

Game throws java.io.FileNotFoundException: improvedmobs:textures/gui/difficulty_bar.png error when joining world, which results in a missing texture appearing where the difficulty bar should be.

On startup just before the main menu, a warning is thrown that resource pack information cannot be found for the mod which can be seen in the screenshot attached - this is probably related so thought I should mention it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load game
2. Enter world
3. Look at difficulty bar
